Strengthening the Lobbying Profession in West Virginia

The West Virginia Association of Professional Lobbyists (WVAPL) is committed to fostering a network of ethical, transparent, and accountable professionals dedicated to responsible advocacy. By joining WVAPL, you become part of a collective effort to uphold the highest standards of the lobbying profession while gaining access to valuable resources, networking opportunities, and professional support.

Eligibility

Membership is open to lobbyists registered with the West Virginia Ethics Commission who support WVAPL’s mission and goals. Members must also agree to abide by the Association’s bylaws and policies, ensuring a shared commitment to professionalism and integrity.

How to Join

Becoming a member is simple:


✔  Submit a Membership Application – Fill out and submit the official WVAPL membership application form.
  Pay Membership Dues – Annual dues must be paid by the specified deadline to maintain active membership.

Membership Responsibilities

As a member of WVAPL, you are expected to:
  Pay annual dues by the required deadline.
✔  Actively participate in Association meetings, discussions, and events.
  Uphold ethical lobbying practices and advocate for the Association’s mission.
✔  Maintain transparency and compliance with all legal and ethical lobbying standards.
